El Dorado to hold forum for mayoral candidates
The El Dorado Times and the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to co-sponsor a candidates forum.
The forum will be held in the El Dorado Civic Center, at 201 E. Central, across the street from Job Lunch. The forum is scheduled for Feb. 21 at 7:00 p.m.
This forum is meant to be non-partisan, providing each candidate an equal opportunity to share their views. Candidates will be asked various questions and can make a one minute closing statement. There will also be a chance for guests and candidates to mingle after the forum.
Current mayoral candidates are John Grange, David Chapin, Jeff Masters and Mike Fagg.
The Primary Election is set for Feb. 26, deciding which candidates will be in the General Election, April 9.
