Two Wichita men fight and make up, then one calls police
Wichita Police say two men got into a fight at a south Wichita apartment, then shook hands and made up and continued drinking together.
One man later reported the incident to police.
Lieutenant Doug Nolte said a 19-year-old man went to an apartment to visit a 21-year-old woman in the 2700 block of South Seneca around 12:30 a.m. Sunday. A 23-year-old man arrived at the apartment and got angry because he felt the young man "looked at him wrong."
The two men got into a fight, and the older man pulled out a handgun and threatened to kill the younger man. No shots were fired.
Nolte said the two men shook hands and made up, but after the older man left, the 19-year-old man and the woman decided to report the incident to police. Officers are now looking for the 23-year-old gunman.
