Audio: Polls open for business Tuesday for primary elections
All Sedgwick County polling locations opened at 6 a.m. today for the primary elections.
Voters are deciding candidates for the Wichita City Council and races in other cities. Some parking lots were being cleared with the snow that had fallen overnight.
Sedgwick County Emergency Management Director Randy Duncan was helping election workers in the predawn hours with preparing the polling locations. Duncan even helped a poll worker dig a vehicle out of the snow at First and Glendale in Wichita.
