Interstate 135 reopens in Harvey County after suspicious materials scare
The Harvey County Sheriff's Office plans to release more information today about a report of suspicious materials in a semi on Interstate 135 near Hesston.
The interstate was closed for about six hours while a Wichita police bomb squad checked out the truck. The driver, who works for Hobby Lobby, reported getting a call around 8 p.m. Monday about suspicious materials in his truck, and he then called 911.
There's no information on whether anything was found in the truck.
