Police chase turns fatal in south Wichita wreck
A high speed chase with Wichita Police resulted in a fatal crash.
The chase began shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday and ended with an accident at Harry and Wichita. It is believed one of the two people inside the truck was armed with a weapon. No officers were hurt.
An emergency dispatcher said at least two people in a stolen green Chevy pickup were involved. It is believed one man was pinned against the wreckage. The gender of the other person is not known.
