Two adults, small child, found sleeping outside Chuck E. Cheese's
Two adults and a 3-year-old girl were found sleeping inside a car outside the Chuck E. Cheese's at 3223 North Rock Road Sunday afternoon.
Someone was concerned enough to call the police.
"Upon waking them up and investigating, they found that the two adults were under the influence of heroin," said Wichita Police Lt. Joe Schroeder.
Officers arrested a 31-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman. The little girl was taken to the Wichita Children's Home.
The adults had been using heroin in the car while the child was with them, Schroeder said.
