Wreck into power pole kills southeast Kansas man
A one-car crash in Cherokee County killed one man Monday night.
Charles Glasgow, 35, of Columbus, Kan., was killed when his Ford Taurus hit a ditch and struck the concrete base of a power pole just after 10 p.m.
The accident happened near Black Jack Road and Southeast 10th. That is about six miles south of Columbus.
The Kansas Highway Patrol investigated the accident.
