Farm accident kills one in Kingman County
One person is dead after a farm accident in Kingman County.
Orrin Westerman, 51, of Kingman, was working on a pickup truck with a hay bale bed when the accident happened at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday in the 7000 block of SW 10th Avenue. The machine fell on him, trapping him beneath it. Family members called 911.
Kingman EMS responders tried to treat Westerman for head trauma injuries, but Westerman was later pronounced dead at the scene.
