The details have not been confirmed yet, but investigators will conduct a news conference this afternoon about how funds went missing from the Newton Chamber of Commerce. Formal charges are pending against  43 year-old Kayla Tillery of Newton. She was arrested Tuesday and taken to the Harvey County Detention Center. A news release stated that no bond has been set for Tillery at this time. The case was investigated by the Newton Police Department and Harvey County Sheriff's Office.
