Low speed chase ends with one arrest in Wichita
The driver of a red truck led police on a low speed chase.
A passenger in the truck called 911for help after the driver made statements that were threatening to officers just before 1 p.m. Friday. Wichita Police pulled behind the driver, but he did not stop for an officer near Kellogg and Armour.
"The vehicle continued west on Kellogg, got off at Meridian and he eventually stopped here about Maple. We got him into custody and getting him some help," Lt. Walker Andrews said.
Charges are pending against the driver.
