The Wichita Public School District must make $30 million in cuts to the next fiscal year's budget to offset anticipated cuts in state and federal funding. Much of that responsibility falls upon USD 259 superintendent John Allison. In this week's At Issue, KFDI's John O'Hara visits with Allison about the cuts and about his background in education.
