KFDI News Director Dan Dillon talks with Sedgwick County Emergency Management Director Randy Duncan about a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System. The Nov. 9 test was the first ever of its kind. The test was originated in Washington, D.C. and was broadcast on every station in the country.
