Pro football legend Barry Sanders will be recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame Thursday in Wichita.
Hall of Fame spokesman George Veras says the national plaque program recognizes hometowns where it all started. Sanders, a 10-time Pro Bowl selection and 1988 Heisman Trophy winner at Oklahoma State University. He blossomed as a senior at Wichita North High School.
