Sedgwick County Sheriff’s deputies shot and killed a 55-year-old man with a felony warrant, Monday afternoon.
After receiving a tip the man would be at a storage facility in the 3300 block of S. Hydraulic, the man fled behind a car and pointed what was believed to be a hand gun at the deputies.
A Deputy fired several rounds killing the suspect.
An air-soft pistol that closely resembles a firearm was recovered near the suspect.
The KBI is assisting with the investigation.
