Great Bend police and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are looking into the death of a five-month-old girl.
Poice were called Monday morning to an apartment in the 1300 block of Cherry Lane with a report of an unresponsive infant. The girl was taken to an emergency room and later transferred to Wesley Medical Center in Wichita where she later died.
