Crews were battling a large fire in an industrial building in Hesston Tuesday afternoon.
The fire broke out shortly after 1:30 p.m. at Paul’s, Incorporated at 525 North Lancaster Avenue. Crews were taking a defensive stand, staying outside the building to battle the flames inside and there were concerns about chemicals inside the building. More crews were sent to the scene after about an hour, and the fire was still not under control by 3 p.m.
A Harvey County dispatcher told KFDI News that no injuries were reported.
