The Kansas Give Back Challenge launches next month and you can be a part of it. Kansas employers can sign up for this inaugural event that encourages community volunteering. An employer with the most volunteer hours per employee will have a $1,000 donation made on their behalf by Volunteer Kansas to the charity of their choice.
Research shows employer-supported volunteering not only improves employee retention but also helps with job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
