A man has admitted to flashing a fake FBI badge after he was pulled over for speeding in Sumner County.
It happened on November 30 of 2018 when deputies pulled over 36-year-old Jarrod Andra of Milan, Kansas for speeding. Andra told the deputy he was a special agent with the FBI and presented the badge, which included a photo.
He has pleaded guilty in federal court in Wichita to one count of impersonating an agent. Prosecutors have agreed to a sentence of probation and a $1,000 fine when Andra is sentenced on July 31.
