A fundraiser to benefit Wichita recording artist Jenny Wood was held Saturday night at The Backbeat at Midwest Drum.
KFDI News’ morning anchor Jake Bowles was there and says the light drizzle in the early evening hours didn’t keep the crowd away. Bowles reports County Commissioner Lacey Cruse was in attendance at the event early in the evening.
The event featured performances from Old News (pictured), The Cavves, Cartwheel, The Travel Guide, Milkwave, and After Judo.
