3 boys were caught burglarizing the Mueller Elementary Magnet School in Wichita.
It happened around 9:30 Thursday night in the 2500 block of East 18th Street North. Police responded to the school on the report of a burglary alarm.
When they arrived, they found 3 boys leaving the school with backpacks. Inside of the backpacks were laptops, digital cameras, and other electronics that belonged to the school.
Two 14-year-old boys and an 11-year-old boy were booked into the Juvenile Detention Center. One 14-year-old is charged with burglary and obstruction. The other 14-year-old and an 11-year-old are charged with burglary.
