By now I’m sure you have seen the video of Jon Stewart absolutely laying into Congress over their lack of support for reauthorizing the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund. But here is what you didn’t see. After the hearing, some of New York’s Finest presented him with a bunker jacket from a firefighter named Ray Pfeifer, who responded on 9/11 and died in 2017. Jon could hold back his tears and I couldn’t either.
