Officials at Eisenhower National Airport say they saw record passenger traffic in May.
Figures from the airport say a total of 164,160 passengers flew in and out of Wichita in May. That is an increase of 9.9% according to the airport.
The airport says that number was achieved, even though severe weather canceled 34 flights. For the year, airport traffic is up 7.14%.
