A Silver Alert for a missing Sterling woman has been cancelled.
Authorities say 87-year-old Vonita Renae Colle has been found safe. She was found today in a field a quarter of a mile south of her home.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing woman from Sterling, Kansas.
The Rice County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding 87-year-old Vonita Renae Colle.
Colle was last seen at her home in the 2400 block of Avenue X, in Sterling. She suffers from dementia and Alzheimer’s.
A release from the KBI says Colle was wearing black pants, a red collared undershirt, navy sweatshirt, and green tennis shoes. It is not known where Colle was last headed to but it’s believed she may be on foot.
