I don’t know what it is about the Eric Church’s song “Some of It” but man, it is such a good song. Lyrically, it says everything I feel. I feel the “life isn’t fair” part of it. I feel the part that makes me miss my Mum. I feel the part that reminds me of the mistakes and bad choices I have made, you have made, we have made (and we continue to make).
The song has now gone #1 on Billboard this week, and it’s just another reason why Eric and this song is worth all the praise. In today’s Country Music Minute Eric talks about how “Some of It” is an adult song, with grown up moments.
