Police and FBI agents are investigating an early afternoon robbery at a southeast Wichita bank, and a suspect has been arrested.
A man walked into a Dillon’s store at Harry and Edgemoor around 1:25 p.m. Tuesday and handed a note to a teller at the Intrust Bank branch inside the store. The man left with an unknown amount of cash. Detectives tracked the suspect to the 1000 block of South Dalton, and a 20-year-old man was taken into custody.
No one was hurt in the robbery, and it’s still under investigation by police and the FBI.
