August 8th is National Frozen Custard Day and Wichita’s own Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers will be celebrating.
They are offering one dollar single cone, dish, or custard cookie sandwiches today. Fifty cents from each of those purchases will go to the “Kids In Need Foundation.” The charity provides free school supplies to teachers and students across the country.
