A new payphone is not usually something that would make the news, but a newly installed one in the library in Lawrence, KS is making a stir. Mainly because nobody knows how to use it.
If you watch the video, notice the kids who don’t even pick up the handset before they start to dial. And why would they think to? They have never used one.
