Tuesday’s severe weather led to damage at Fort Hays State University in Hays.
80 mph winds moved through the area, leaving behind significant damage. In addition to branches and leaves, several buildings were damaged, including the Akers Power Center.
The university is assessing the damage. Crews are working to clean up and make repairs before classes begin Monday.
