The Wichita Police Department arrested 52-year-old Frank Manning Wednesday night in connection to an incident Tuesday night. Police were called to a home in the 1100 block of North Amidon Tuesday night and found Manning with a handgun and appeared to be dealing with mental health issues. That incident was resolved early Wednesday.
Police then obtained a search warrant and found several rifles and shotguns at home on Amidon Wednesday evening. Manning was arrested at a home in the 900 block of Pinecrest without incident.
Wichita Police are still investigating.
