Two Hutchinson men have been charged in connection with an assault on a woman who remains in critical condition.
29-year-old Lora Beth Stratton was found on August 24th in an alley in Hutchinson, and she was on life support at a Wichita hospital. Police said she was homeless.
The Reno County district attorney’s office has charged 24-year-old Isaac Ervin with attempted premeditated murder. 22-year-old Delshay Visonhaler was charged with one count of reckless aggravated battery and one count of obstructing apprehension or prosecution.
The two men are scheduled to appear before a judge on September 3rd.
