Wichita Students in the Early College Academy at Northwest High will get a jumpstart on college today. The Academy will start them earning two years’ worth of college credit today — while STILL in high school. When the kids graduate from Northwest, they’ll have 54 college credit hours, allowing them to start college as juniors.
