Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors veteran James Larrabee and his pitbull Drogo.  James had suffered from PTSD for nearly 30 years and then he was introduced to Drogo by the group Partners for Patriots and they quickly became inseparable.  Then on August 14th of this year James was sleeping on his couch, his usual spot, and Drogo was in the crate next to the couch.  James said that was the first time he slept all night since late 1990.  Drogo has helped James so much, James wants to return the favor and speak on behalf of Drogo and other pitbulls as his town continues discussions about a possible pitbull ban.  James says 90% of the time is the guy on the end of the leash that makes the dog do what it’s going to do and he thinks every dog should be given a chance.
