A man and two women have been charged with first degree murder in a fatal shooting that happened outside a motel in central Wichita.

Charges were filed against 49-year-old Bryant Bailey, 52-year-old Robyn Murphy and 60-year-old Annette Williams, and they appeared in Sedgwick County district court Wednesday afternoon.   Bailey is also charged with criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and his bond was set at $250,000.   Bond for Murphy and Williams was set at $100,000 each.

Police said 55-year-old Timothy Austin was found early on November 24th in the parking lot of the Countryside Inn at 803 South Broadway.   Investigators said he was shot following an argument in the parking lot, and the shooting was drug-related.
