Wichita Police have identified the man killed in a December 5 hit and run at Hydraulic and Indianapolis.
Police say 34-year-old Malcolm Showalter of Wichita was crossing the street shortly before 8 p.m. when he was struck by a white pickup truck that fled the scene. Showalter was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries Wednesday.
Police are still hoping to find the truck and driver involved in the accident. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111 or Detective Matt Hall at 316-350-3687.
