A man arrested in connection to the October 1, 2019 robbery of a Family Dollar store near Pawnee and Seneca, has pleaded guilty.
25-year-old Toney Williams of Wichita pleaded guilty to one count of robbery Monday in federal court Wichita. In his plea, he admitted to using a handgun to rob the store, located at 2301 South Seneca.
Both sides have agreed to a sentence of 84 months in federal prison. A sentencing date has been set for April 13.
