Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors World War II Veteran Jerry Johnston.  On a very special night 94-year old Jerry said, “I’m just so excited I could scream”.  You see, Jerry, like many Veterans of his generation never finished high school, he served his country, got busy with life and it just never happened.  Jerry, who loves to play guitar, is now a high school graduate.  He recently received his diploma in a special ceremony.  Congratulations Jerry and thank you for your service.
