One person was killed and three others were hospitalized with critical injuries in Wichita after a crash Sunday in Garden City.
A car and a pickup collided at the intersection of Mary Street and the Bypass. Garden City police said the pickup apparently had a green light and went into the intersection where it collided with a passenger car.
24-year-old Matthew Rome of Garden City died at a local hospital. Three others from the car were transferred to Wichita. They were identified as 28-year-old Michael Barnes of Leoti, 31-year-old Cassey Dale of Leoti, and 31-year-old Alisha Dugan of Garden City.
The driver of the pickup was treated and released.
Garden City police are still investigating the crash.
