Star Spangled Salute: A Combat-Disabled Veteran Owned Distillery Joins The Covid-19 Fight

Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Marine veteran Travis Barnes, founder of the Hotel Tango Distillery, the first combat-disabled, veteran owned distillery in America.  When Covid-19 was on they rise they stopped making liquor and started making hand sanitizer.  Travis realized very soon that the operation that started as a way to give back quickly became a crucial part of the effort and they had to increase production 10 fold.  The fact that he and his staff were able to go from production of alcohol to hand sanitizer in less that 48 hours is something Travis says he’s very proud off and credits his military service for his ability to adapt during these changing times.  Thank you Travis for your help and your service.
