The Kansas Department of Health and Environment says there are now 1,494 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the state.
There are also 7 new reported deaths since Tuesday, bringing the total to 76. Sedgwick County has four new cases since Tuesday, bringing the total to 209.
Reno County currently has 13 cases, four of which have recovered. Butler County is reporting 10.
Cowley, Harvey and Sumner County are not reporting any new cases since Tuesday. Of the confirmed cases, only 342 have required hospitalization.
The number of new confirmed cases in south-central Kansas does appear to be slowing down. Of all Kansans tested, over 13,000 have tested negative for the virus.
