Kansas reporting 3,328 confirmed cases of Covid-19, 120 deaths

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment is reporting there are now 3,328 cases of Covid-19 in the state.

That is an increase of 154 cases since Sunday.  2 new deaths have been reported since Sunday, bringing the total to 120 since the virus first appeared in the state.

Just 3 new positive cases have been found in Sedgwick County since Sunday according to the state, bringing the total to 339 so far.  However, 169 of those cases having completely recovered from the virus.

In the counties surrounding Sedgwick, Reno County is reporting 26 cases, Harvey County 6, Butler 14, Cowley 2, and Sumner 3.

Wyandotte County has the highest number of confirmed cases with 575.  Ford County in western Kansas has the second highest number with 516 confirmed cases.

Johnson County is reporting 440.  Seward has 349 cases, while Finney is reporting 175.

There was one reported case in Scott County, but that case was a Colorado resident and is no longer being counted among the Kansas cases.
