Sedgwick County health officials and the city of Clearwater have now confirmed a total of 61 cases of coronavirus at a Clearwater nursing home.
The cases at the Clearwater Nursing and Rehabilitation Center involve 47 residents and 14 staff members. 20 residents and five staff members have recovered, and there have been six deaths associated with this cluster of activity.
The deaths from the nursing home bring the total deaths in Sedgwick County to 11. The county is reporting at least 402 cases, with 197 people who have recovered. State health officials report that over 3,700 Sedgwick County residents have been tested for COVID-19.
