A Wichita man has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the crash that killed local radio personality Don Hall.

43-year-old Ray Watkins appeared in court Friday, and his next hearing was scheduled for June 18th.  He is still in jail on a bond of $50,000.

The crash was reported around 4:20 a.m. on the morning of April 29th at Kellogg and Rock Road.    70-year-old Hall was found pinned in his vehicle and he was pronounced dead at the scene.    He was on his way to radio station KEYN for his morning shift when his car was hit by another vehicle.   Watkins was arrested at the scene.
