Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors 4th grader Greyson Winfield.  Greyson has big dreams of one day becoming a Navy Seal.  While he may not quite be old enough to help his country as a SEAL, he is helping Veterans in his community.  Greyson and his dad Greg started “Helping Footprint” – a non profit with a mission to serve their community because as they say, “It’s the right thing to do in times of need”. Greyson, Dad and brother Garrett collect gift cards for those who need food, prepare small meals for other kids and do other nice things in their town. Greyson recently cut the grass or a Marine Veteran with a bad back and diabetes.  Thank you Greyson for being a helper.
