Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Air Force Veteran Peter Clarke.  For the last 100 nights, Peter would walk to the end of his driveway and perform Taps.  This all started back on Memorial Day.  He walked out to the end of his driveway, played Taps and played for 99 more nights, never missing a night.  Peter said he did it to help people realize that Veterans make a difference.  He also did it for his late wife who he lost 3 years ago.  Peter said most nights, he played by himself and had no idea anyone was listening, that was until on the last night, he walked out to his drive way and he was greeted by a round of applause from his friends and neighbors.  Thank you Peter for your gift of music and thank you for your service.
