A man that was suspected of a murder in the state of Louisiana was arrested Tuesday morning in Attica, and is currently being held in the Harper County Jail.
Douglas William Thomas was located Monday evening in Barber County, at a Casey’s General Store in Medicine Lodge. He left the scene the scene in a silver 2006 Lexus.
The Medicine Lodge Police Department, Kiowa Police Department, and Barber County Sheriff’s Department all search for Thomas and the vehicle for several hours.
They eventually tracked Thomas to Attica and arrested him on suspicion of 2nd Degree Murder committed in Louisiana.
