The former Riverside Hospital complex (located at 2622 W. Central Ave.) will be sold at a sealed-bid auction, with five tracts being offered in total or individually.
The 175,000+ square foot, 5 story building rests on a 13.45 acre property. The complex features offices, meeting spaces, patient rooms, cafeteria, along with two 10,000+ square foot office buildings once fitted for medical use and two other lots.
All sealed-bids are due by Wednesday, June 30th at 12 p.m.
