Wichita Police said that a funeral procession for Captain Clay Germany will take place this afternoon. Captain Germany died last weekend due to medical complications stemming from COVID-19.
The procession begins at 1:30 p.m. today, starting at the Central Community Church at 6100 West Maple. The procession will move west to Ridge Road, south to Kellogg, east on Kellogg to K-96, north on K-96 to 13th St., and east to the Lakeview Cemetery.
WPD says to expect some delays. Traffic on Kellogg will be diverted for the procession.
