The Sedgwick County Health Department will be holding a no cost Back-To-School Vaccination Clinic on Saturday, August 7th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for children aged 12 and older.
It will be at the community COVID-19 vaccine clinic at 223 South Main in Wichita. No appointment is necessary.
Be sure to bring your child’s vaccination record, health insurance card or proof of income if uninsured, parent/guardian ID, written letter of consent with parent ID if the parent is not going to bring the child, and court approved paperwork for child (if applicable).
