Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Veteran Tory Sailor. Injured in Afghanistan, medically retired in 2014, Tory was having trouble getting back and forth to work, to his medical appointments and getting his family safely from point A to point B due to lack of reliable transportation. That all changed Monday when Tory was gifted a brand new Dodge Journey as a token of thanks for his service and sacrifice. Tory says whether it be a member of the military, law enforcement, or first responders, it’s amazing when a community comes together to recognize the sacrifices made by individuals and their families.
