Today’s Star Spangled Salute honors Army Veteran Jason Wilson.  Like many, Jason said he had a hard time transitioning from military life to civlilian life, admitting he struggled with a lot of different things.  Over time, Jason found healing in serving others, which he took literally.  Jason started Meat Therapy BBQ down in Texas as a way to pursue his passion of BBQ, serve the public, reconnect with people and give back.  Jason donates to and supports Boot Campaign, a non-profit that helps Veterans and families once their service is done.  Thank you Jason for creating kindness through your food and THANK YOU for your service.
